Before purchasing the Triple Monitor docking station, please note the following: Download the "DisplayLink" driver on your laptop and ensure the program is running. Ensure your laptop has a USB Type-c (Gen 2)/Thunderbolt 3/4 port and supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. The docking station is compatible with MacOS Big Sur 11.0, Catalina 10.15, Mojave 10.14 or later, Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 or later, Android, and Chrome OS. It is incompatible with Thunderbolt 2 equipped laptops, Mini DisplayPort equipped laptops, MacBook Pro 2015, Apple USB SuperDrive, and Surface Pro.

It supports 4K via HDMI 1, with both HDMI supporting 1080P 60Hz. The dual USB C ports support data transfer and up to 100W fast charging for the laptop and all devices. The UtechSmart USB-C Docking Station supports MST (Multi-Stream Transport) Triple Monitors for both macOS and Windows laptops. For macOS, simply unclick "mirror display" to extend to 3 different displays. For Windows, press "Windows key+P" to expand to two or three monitors.
